About dr. Ludidi

dr. Samefko Ludidi is a renowned Dutch nutrition & movement scientist with a Ph.D. in gastroenterology.

As a health expert he translates science to practice for athletes, hospitals and commercial organisations. dr. Ludidi is a guest lecturer for several universities and coaches athletes and clients with complex issues. The doc. works with Women's Health, who awarded him "Clever Cookie" ('17), Men's Health and appears frequently in Dutch t.v. and radio shows.
